A leading DMC is looking for a Tour Operator to join our vibrant, creative, and enthusiastic family.

Job Description:

The tour operator will be working with individuals and groups visiting Israel of all ages and countries, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The Tour Operator will be in charge of logistics, reservations, working with clients as well as suppliers, payments, budget planning, and managing the day-to-day operation of the groups on the ground.

Responsibilities:
Build tailor-made itineraries and packages according to the client's needs.
Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate itineraries, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Organize tours from beginning to end, through booking accommodation, securing guides, booking sites, etc.
Monitor payments.
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints.
Create and update electronic records of clients.
Maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:
Enthusiasm for people and cultures.
passion for changing people's lives through meaningful experiences.
Excellent English (written and spoken) is a must! Other languages are a plus!
Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
Detailed Oriented
Work well under pressure
Problem solver - out-of-the-box solutions for challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet
Full-time position in Ness Ziona.
Prior Tourism experience – advantage
