We are hiring an experienced English Sales Call Center Shift Manager!
• Managing a team of 10-15 representatives.
• Responsibility for the professional level of the new and old representatives.
• Building a job processes, setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve, multitasking with various platforms of the company.
• Managing and controlling the workflow, making daily/monthly statistics reports, making presentations.
• Personal training, following up to calls with clients, engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
What are we looking for:
• Fluent English – mandatory
• Managerial experience – at least 1 year experience with 8-10 representatives or more
• Excel - high level
• Bachelor's degree - significant advantage
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Sales orientation and high motivation.
